  • Not Medical Advice: ADAH sells cosmetic colored contact lenses. We are not medical professionals. The information provided on our Site regarding lens care and usage is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
  • Consult an Eye Care Professional: Before wearing contact lenses, especially if you have a history of eye sensitivity, dry eyes, or infections, we strongly recommend consulting with an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
  • Hygiene Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for following proper hygiene practices, including washing hands before handling lenses, using fresh solution, and adhering to the recommended replacement cycle (daily/monthly). ADAH is not liable for eye infections or injuries resulting from improper use, poor hygiene, or failure to follow care instructions.

4.3 Skincare Disclaimer

Our skincare products are formulated for general use. However, individual skin reactions may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. ADAH is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse skin effects.

4.4 Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by ADAH. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Errors in product description or price.

5.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders may require a confirmation call or SMS verification.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the suspension of the COD option for your account.
  • A small handling fee may apply to COD orders as indicated at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
  • Shipping Costs: A flat rate applies.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Contact Lenses: Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, opened contact lenses cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Skincare & Fashion: Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ADAH or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

  • Brand Usage: You may not use the ADAH logo or branding without prior written consent.
  • User Content: By submitting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant ADAH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing purposes.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:
